Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, store and share the personal data you give us through this website — written to be read, not to be survived.
1. Who we are
This website, m3m.greatfreedomsale2026.com, is operated by an authorised channel partner for M3M India Pvt. Ltd. for the purpose of the Great Freedom Sale 2026 campaign. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that operator, who is the data fiduciary for the personal data collected here. We are not M3M India Pvt. Ltd., and this is not the developer's official website.
For any privacy question, or to exercise a right described in section 8, write to privacy@greatfreedomsale2026.com or call +91 87966 70073.
2. What we collect
| Category | Examples | How we get it |
|---|---|---|
| Contact data | Name, mobile number, email address | You enter it in an enquiry form |
| Enquiry data | Project of interest, budget band, notes you type, preferred timeline | You enter it in an enquiry form |
| Campaign data | UTM parameters, Google click identifier (gclid), referring page, landing page | Captured automatically from the URL and browser |
| Technical data | IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page | Server logs and analytics cookies |
| Communication data | Call notes, WhatsApp and email correspondence | Created when we speak with you |
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we do not ask for sensitive categories of data such as health information. Please do not send us financial account details, passwords or identity documents through a web form — we will tell you the secure route when documents are actually needed.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry — send price lists, floor plans, brochures and payment plans, and to call, message or email you about the project you asked about.
- To arrange site visits and coordinate with the developer's sales team.
- To share your enquiry with M3M India and, where relevant, with lenders you ask us to approach, so a booking or loan can be processed.
- To measure advertising — understanding which campaigns generate genuine enquiries, in aggregate.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including record-keeping under real estate and tax law.
Our legal basis under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 is your consent, given by ticking the authorisation box on the enquiry form, together with legitimate uses where the law permits processing to fulfil a purpose you approached us for.
4. Consent to be contacted, including on DND numbers
The enquiry form asks you to authorise contact by phone, SMS, email and WhatsApp — including on a number registered under DND or the National Customer Preference Register. That authorisation exists because you asked us for information and we cannot deliver it otherwise. It is specific to this enquiry, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a message, telling the caller to remove you, or emailing privacy@greatfreedomsale2026.com. Withdrawal takes effect promptly and does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.
5. Who we share it with
- M3M India Pvt. Ltd. and its authorised sales team, so your enquiry can be actioned and a booking made in your name.
- Our CRM provider (A to Z Connect, at crm.atozconnect.cloud), which stores and routes enquiries on our behalf under contract.
- Analytics and advertising platforms — Google Analytics and Google Ads, in the form described in our Cookie Policy.
- Lenders and financial institutions, only where you ask us to arrange a home loan.
- Authorities, where disclosure is required by law or by a valid legal process.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with unrelated developers or brokers.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for up to three years from your last interaction with us, so that we can pick up a conversation you may resume, and to defend against disputes. Where a booking is completed, transaction records are kept for the period required by tax and real estate law, which is longer. Analytics data is retained according to the platform settings described in the Cookie Policy. After the retention period, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
7. How we protect it
This site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is transmitted to our CRM over an encrypted connection and access is restricted to staff who need it to respond to you. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
8. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is being processed.
- Correct or complete data that is inaccurate, and update it.
- Erase data where it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
- Withdraw consent at any time, as described in section 4.
- Nominate another individual to exercise these rights in the event of your death or incapacity.
- Complain — to us first, and to the Data Protection Board of India if we do not resolve it.
Email privacy@greatfreedomsale2026.com. We aim to respond within 30 days and may ask you to verify your identity before we act, so that we do not disclose your data to someone else.
9. Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies are covered separately in our Cookie Policy, which lists what is set, by whom, and how to turn it off.
10. Third-party links
We link to external sites — the UP RERA portal, M3M India, and others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before giving them data.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
