• Benefit values shown on this site are the maximum available on eligible inventory. The amount applicable to your specific unit is confirmed only in the allotment letter.
• Statutory charges — GST, stamp duty, registration and other government levies — are payable extra unless a written offer states otherwise.
• In any conflict between this website and the developer's written documentation, the developer's documentation prevails.
